Compensation & Earning Potential:

Base Pay: $16.90/hour.
Total Earning Opportunity: With tips and cutting bonuses, stylists can earn competitive pay ($20–$30+/hour or more) based on performance, experience, and guest volume - in line with or above many local salons.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000.
Pay Options: Choose daily pay or weekly pay (every Friday).
